Shipping:

We understand that speed and affordability are concerns when shopping on the Internet. We also realize that holidays and birthdays are critical and you cannot miss deadlines. For those reasons, Need2LearnChinese offers different shipping options to meet your needs and usually ships orders within 24-36 hours.  If the book you order is backorder though it happens very rare, we notify you within 24 hours.

We offer Media Mail and Priority Mail through United States Postal Service(USPS),  and Ground, Second Day Air, Next Day Air, 3day select to all US States and UPS standard to Canada through United Parcel Service (UPS). You also can do the shipping price comparison after you fill in your address and use our shipping method tab to apply different service.   

Media Mail is the most popular and least expensive shipping method. We set as default.  However, if the time is matter to you, please apply your shipping method to Priority Mail or any service from UPS since the USPS does not guarantee the delivery of Media Mail within a specified time.

Need2LearnChinese recommends choosing UPS as your shipping method, because our web site directly link to UPS service page at real time. You get shipping quote from UPS and for the packages send via UPS you will receive a UPS Ship Notification email as soon as the packages leave our warehouse. It includes a tracking number for your order. There is also a link within the email that will allow you to track the shipment through the UPS website. But, UPS cannot deliver to P.O.Box address.

If UPS standard to Canada does not cover your area code in Canada, please contact customerservice@need2learnchinese.com for your shipping quote.

For International Order, please contact customerservice@need2learnchinese.com  to get shipping quote.  And we are happy to order for you. Please be aware that you are responsible for all customs duty charges posed by your country.

Shipping time(except Alaska and Hawaii):

   ·        UPS Ground: normally 5-7days

   ·        Priority Mail: normally 2-3days

   ·   Media Mail: normally 2-9days

Guarantee/Returns:

We pride ourselves in carrying the best learning Chinese materials and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except opened CDs, VCDs, DVDs, tapes and downloadable products for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with the order.

If you need to return something, please send an email to customerservice@need2learnchinese.com within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are in the original condition.

Shipping charges will be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt. You can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method at your own expenses. 

Need2LearnChinese cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. 

 
Sales Tax:

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia (7%).
